Cancellation policy


Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

 

SYD Studio does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing services.

 

All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise explicitly stated.


Made-to-Order Items

If a product is labeled as “Made to Order” at the time of purchase, production begins specifically for that order.

  • Made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Because these pieces are produced individually, they are final sale.

 

If you need to request a change or cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.


Small Batch / Ready-to-Ship Items

Items that are not labeled “Made to Order” are part of a limited small batch or are already in production.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

 

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

 

 


Pre-Production or Limited Releases

 

In rare cases where an item is offered before it arrives in inventory (for example, during a limited drop or pre-production release), the product description will clearly indicate this.

Such items follow the timeline stated in the product description at the time of purchase and are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above.

 

 


Shipping & Fulfillment

 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees required by their destination country. Refusal to pay customs charges does not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

No Try-Before-You-Buy

 

SYD Studio does not offer try-before-you-buy services. All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
